Done-for-you podcasts for financial advisers

A podcast for your advice firm, done for you. You just turn up and talk.

For IFAs, financial planners and wealth managers. We plan it, book a professional studio near you, edit it and publish it. About an hour in the studio, and you get a polished 20–30 minute episode, without giving up your week.

The problem

Clients choose an adviser they trust. A podcast lets them get to know you first.

Prospective clients and referrers can hear how you think and explain things before they ever pick up the phone. Existing clients get something easy to share with friends and family. But between client reviews, paraplanning and running the firm, there is no time to produce one.

  • Finding and booking a decent studio
  • Planning topics that work for your clients
  • Editing audio and video
  • Writing show notes and cutting clips for LinkedIn
  • Getting everything signed off and published

How it works

Four steps. You only do one of them.

Your total time per episode is a short call and the recording itself.

01

Briefing call

A 45-minute call to agree your audience, topics and format, such as retirement planning or inheritance tax basics. We write the run sheet and questions.

02

We book the studio

We find and book a professional studio near you, anywhere in the UK, and manage the session on the day.

03

You record

Turn up and talk. The session takes about an hour. No kit, no tech, no stress.

04

We deliver

Typically within 7 days of recording: edited episode, show notes, thumbnail and clips for your compliance team to review. We publish only after your written approval.

A studio near you

We book a professional studio close to your office, anywhere in the UK. You don't travel to us.

One contact

No juggling a studio, an editor and a social media freelancer. Just us.

One invoice

Studio, editing, clips and publishing in one fixed price. What you see is what you pay.

Built for busy people

Your time is a short call and about an hour in the studio, so client work comes first.

Ideas for episodes

Plenty to talk about.

You already answer these questions for clients every week. A podcast lets prospective clients hear you do it. A few starting points:

Pension changes, explained in plain English
Planning for retirement: where to start
Inheritance tax basics for families
Client Q&A: the questions people ask most
Talking to your family about money
Conversations with accountants, solicitors and other professionals you work with

Episodes are general conversations, not personal advice. Your firm's compliance team reviews and approves everything before it goes out.

What you'll receive

Everything, ready to go.

For every episode, you get:

A finished 20–30 minute episode in audio and video
Show notes
3 captioned clips with LinkedIn post copy
A thumbnail
Everything sent for your compliance sign-off first

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I need any experience or equipment?

No. The studio provides everything and we run the session. You just turn up and talk.

How does compliance sign-off work?

We send you every episode, show notes and clips to sign off (and pass to your compliance team) before anything is published. Sign-off is done by your firm: your own compliance officer, or your network's compliance team if you're an appointed representative. We only publish once we have your written approval, and we make any edits they ask for. We don't provide compliance or regulatory advice.

What should we talk about?

General topics your clients care about, such as pension changes, retirement planning, inheritance tax basics or common client questions. We help you plan each episode on the briefing call. Episodes are general information, not personal advice.

Where will I record?

At a professional studio near your office. We book studios across the UK, so you won't need to travel far.

How long does it take?

Your finished episode is typically ready within 7 days of recording, plus your compliance review time. We'll agree a recording date on your briefing call.

Can guests join remotely?

Yes. You can bring in a colleague or another professional, such as an accountant or solicitor, in person or remotely. Most professional studios can bring in remote guests with high-quality audio and video.

Who owns the podcast?

You do. Your accounts, your content, your name.

How does payment work?

For single episodes and seasons, we take a 50% deposit on booking and the remaining 50% on delivery. The deposit is non-refundable once the studio is booked. Monthly plans are paid in advance at the start of each month.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

No problem with more than 48 hours' notice. If a recording is cancelled within 48 hours, the studio hire cost is payable.

How long is each episode?

A finished episode runs 20–30 minutes, recorded in a studio session of about an hour, including set-up and a warm-up.

Are there any extra costs?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. The only extra is a £150 studio supplement for London recording days.
